Let’s do this one last time. Cause I’m sick of asking people. Basically I reset my Xbox keeping games and apps but when I go to put my details in to re sign in it comes up with the spinning white circle as if it’s loading then crashes. I’ve tried resetting Xbox again restarting it everything please tell me how to solve it don’t send links to customer support answers they are all the same I need solution I can’t play my Xbox. - Are you in Xbox Insiders? (If you have no idea what that is, chances are you're not)
- What model of Xbox? There are quite a few.
- Are you using a wired or wireless network connection?
- If wireless, have you tried wired?
- If you've tried both wired and wireless with the same results, did you reboot your modem and router?
- By "Crash" do you mean the console shuts down and starts up again or are you using the word crash to mean something else?
- If you are not in the Xbox Insider program, your next option is to try flashing the latest update via Offline System Update (OSU)

1 Don’t know what it is I could be can you tell me 2 Xbox series x 3 I have a modem so I guess wired and it’s plugged in by cable i don’t understand Wi-Fi 4 maybe 5 yes 6 crash as in the loading stops and takes me back to the menu 7 ok I’ll try if not an insider

Dude, have some patience.
Given your images, not sure. You'd know you were in insider as you have to sign up for it. try the OSU I guess
