Your 360 purchase history is under settings > account > download history
It does not display there, but it does display on account.microsoft.com/billing/orders as a completed purchase
Does it show up on your Xbox One / Series console in your collection?
since it's a backwards compatible title?
Yes
When you went to the store page on the 360, did you go to the store page for the arcade version, or for the full game version (there were 2 versions of that game, not sure if both have store pages, but does it have the arcade banner across the top)?
The full game version.
look for the arcade game version, that's the one you purchased
The arcade game version is asking me to purchase it
Does it show up in Settings > Account Management > Purchase history?
That redirects me to internet explorer where the link doesn't work
Trying to use the link in a modern search engine doesn't work either
Did you try clicking on the "Purchase" button by chance for the arcade version, and did it show you it was going to charge you on the pop up?
I just tried it myself (I own the arcade version as well), and while the first screen shows "Purchase $3.74", when I click that button on the main game page, the pop up it brings up shows I own it and gives me the option to download again
Trying this asks me to add a purchase option or cancel as i do not have enough balance
Also, are we talking about the same game? It's not 3.74 at the moment
I'm talking about Ducktales Remastered, which is what I was assuming you were referring to
as that is what you recently purchased
which are you referring to?
Im talking about the 360 games in rare replay, as those are listed as 360 compatible on the xbox app
They are, but you don't get them for 360 when you purchase rare replay
then why are they listed as 360 compatible in the first place?
Because the games themselves were available on the 360
and had you previously bought them for the 360, you could play them on 360
But you did not buy them
you bought Rare Replay, an Xbox One title, and get an entitlement to the 360 games. The Xbox 360 does not recognize Xbox One entitlements
alright, weird imho, but thanks anyway
