Hi there, i'm trying to stream on twitch but it said that I cant, when I open the support it said that Its not working can someone help me?

I cant stream on twitch by my xbox, 4 months ago it was working and now its not working anymore 😭

I tried to restart the xbox a few times and its not working at all

Do you have a 360 and using a capture card?

you can steam too twitch just using the DVR on xbox with out a capture card. Have you tried too do like that? That way you know if the issue is with the capture card or not.
