My Xbox controller won’t turn on, can I send a pic to somebody of my xbox battery area to see if smth is wrong?

I’ve tried updating firmware, replacing batteries

Yes, it said to update firmware, or replace batteries, or faulty battery things, but idk whether mine are faulty.
