i already added my payment information and address and everything like that but it keeps asking me to add profile address and whenever i do that it brings me right back to the same screen which tells me to add a profile address
its just not letting me actually buy the gamepass it keeps telling me to add profile address
i tried doing it on xbox app on pc and on the xbox itself and it does the same thing****

What do you mean by profile address? Do you mean Billing address?

i click on either "add profile address" or "next" and it brings me to the a screen where i put in my home address state etc i click save then it brings me to that same screen again with "add profile address"

yea and i put everything in and it just puts me into the same thing again

i put my home address in, state, zipcode, everything, i click save then it brings me back to the orginal screen

it never lets me actually buy the game pass it continuously puts me back to the same screen

its something with xbox itself i click save after putting in all my information on the add profile address thing and it brings me right back to the add profile address thing
