Constantly disconnecting from internet

Hi, I’ve been having issues for the last few months (not consistently over the few months, it stopped for a while now it’s back) where my Xbox will disconnect from the internet for a few seconds every hour on the hour, today it’s been every 30 minutes, I have no idea how to fix it and what’s causing it, if anyone’s had a similar issue please help
