I made a new account 2 months back and tried to rename that account, but the “let’s go” button just didn’t work. I told a Xbox mod about it and I remember them saying that certain names wouldn’t work. However I have tried the name before and it did say “this will be your public name in the Xbox community”. Sometimes when I check back the name is usable and sometimes it isn’t. Just an hour ago I made a new account hoping to have my desired name for a video. But it seems the “let’s go” button just does not work and I couldn’t even use the AI generated names. I have tried rebooting, trying to rename several other accounts with a name and I even resinstalled my Xbox app but it just wouldn’t click. Please help 🙏

I’ve also tried visiting the Xbox support page but nothing seems to help ;-;
