I forgot my password to my Microsoft Xbox account password but when I go on the Microsoft website it says the e-mail is non-existent even tho on my xbox it says there is a password for the account e-mail. So I tried doing the other way (I will send pic of it if you want) but it says there was an error, so I try to find the error code on the Xbox support website and it was no there. The error code was (0x80a4001a). Please help me
