My Xbox twice now has shut off by itself, what’s going on?

Mine did that too, and it deleted all my accounts on my xbox. I can still sign them back in so its not too bad. It started when I joined an xbox party.

What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
