Starting yesterday my Xbox just randomly will crash and restart. It’s happened to me twice already, once today and once yesterday. Also happened to my friend today. We are both in the highest level of Xbox insider thingy so I’m thinking maybe it’s because of that???
If anyone knows if I’m correct and should just leave insider program that lets me get updates early or if there is another reason this is happening

Me too. I’m currently in the insider program (preview Beta) as well. I think that might be the reason, but i’m not sure. I can’t pinpoint a reason other than this but I feel like it’s very likely. I have no way of fixing it, its well ventilated and has good power. It’s happened to me quite frequently, but I noticed it happened starting yesterday.

I also have a similiar problem like this, please check my post and see if we have the same thing. Mine is the same except my controller restarts as well and I get kicked from any game/party
