Whenever i turn on my xbox series x it keeps booting uo in 640x480 resolution i am so tired of it so im using my ps5 for now.

go into the settings and change the resolution to what your tv supports

I tried that and changed it to manual hdmi also tried to change the hdmi nothing worked 😦

Turn the screen on first, then the Xbox?

Turn off Overscan in your Display Settings so change it from HDMI or DVI To Auto

Ok i tried it with my tv turned on before i turned on my xbox and it just booted up in 640x480

I had the same issue recently since my Xbox had issues detecting my TV.
What fixed it for me was going into the Xbox settings: "General > TV & display options > Video fidelity & overscan > Overrides to HDMI."
After that your screen will go black and the resolution will be low again (that's normal).
Press B to return to the TV & display options menu, from here select your preferred Resolution. It will stay saved and will always force that resolution from now on.

I believe i fixed my issue it was due to the battery backup thing i was using it is similar to a power brick
