I received an email after lending my account to someone else that due to suspicious activity on my Microsoft account it will not be reinstated and further purchases have been disabled. Anyone with similar experience to mine? What should I do?

I would like to add that, I’m not banned or suspended, I can use and play games on my account just fine, it’s just that I can’t add cards to my Microsoft account, UK region btw.
