hello i recently have bought an asus computer which came with a free xbox gamepass ultimate subscription for 1 month. i have never had an xbox console or an xbox account. i have redeemed this offer via microsoft store on my outlook account. i am not signed in on the xbox app and it says i have an gamepass subscription active but i cant seem to make an account and every time i try to go onto minecraft java which is included with my subscription it takes me to my browser and says that i need to buy xbox gamepass to get it. does anyone know any way to help?
