Xbox randomly disconnects from wifi every 30 seconds or so

I bought a Xbox and it doesn’t stay connected to the internet every like 30 seconds it disconnects then reconnects and I don’t know what to do I’ve contacted support I’ve done every step they have told me to do and still won’t work
