Every time, every moment I move the arm, the charger turns off, it takes a crazy time, every time I move the hand, it turns off. I have to become a stone in order to play, and the same thing with the charger,why why

Sounds like the USB port on your controller is bad?

Sure, but cable ports break over time. It is easy for it to be fine one day, and then be broken because it got yanked just a tiny bit too hard one night
