But it connects to the Wifi and in the connection Test for Mbits it's say Not Available on Download And Upload
After I Factory Reset the Console it now says

All the error codes you've shown and the problems you've described are problems with the network itself, not the console. You said yourself, it was working fine hours ago, then just magically stopped working. Nothing changed on the console in that time. Since your console can see the internet (it can say "you're connected to the internet!") the networking components are working, but something is blocking it from talking to the Xbox servers. That means somewhere between the Xbox and our servers is the problem, plain and simple.

But where is the Problem? If the other Console works there's no problem in the Wifi

Where is the DHCP server that hands out the IP addresses to the consoles? It's possible the other console is still working on an older lease that has better DNS servers but the Series S has newer DNS servers that can't route, because DHCP leases don't always renew at the same time.
That's an example of how little things in networking you don't think about can affect it and make things look like they both should work when only one does.

At this point I'd wait a day before doing anything else at risk of making things worse and breaking the network for your Series X, since factory resetting the Series S didn't solve anything
