After buying the game Dark Souls Remastered on my Xbox Series X I later found out that when moving to my PC the Xbox app didn't have it in "Jump back in" or anywhere for that matter not on the store front nothing. I'm onehundred percent certain it's the same Microsoft account with all my Previously played game pass games being a heavy indicator.
