i not sure your going to find any secrets opening a xbox. Its more too do with incase you hurt yourself or come back with liability or do something goofy
Its very common to have in a terms of service or terms not to open up the device for those reasons and too seek professional advise. This isnt just limited too xbox or even consoles

Maybe because the disc your inserting is broken and if it is I’m pretty sure it opens back up, not sure I had a Xbox 360 before but that was years ago. So yeah it might be the disc which is broken or listen to pleasant’s advice which is probably going to a repair shop to fix it.
