Signing into a xbox/microsoft account

I’m trying to play minecraft, and i made a microsoft account and connected to
my playstation network account. when i got to sign into the account on the xbox website, it shows the xbox logo spinning and brings me back to the main page and doesn’t log me in no matter how many times i try.
