What is the issue you are having with it specifically?
What have you done to troubleshoot it so far? 'Attempted going into settings' doesn't tell us anything.

KB doesnt work in the dash last I remember.

I've been able to do some things on the dash with the Razer Turret, but it may be specific to that device being a collab with Xbox.

I have a cheap Logitech keyboard and I have zero issue navigating Xbox menus with it, not sure how likely that is.
