Light of the controller keeps blinking 2 times then back to normal then back to blinking (can sand a video) when that is happening i can't use the controller
1.changing batterys isn't working
2.all that is working is restarting the console

Check for controller and console updates
Try connecting the controller with USB
Replace or send the controller for repair if in warranty
