If I have an xbox gamepass ultimate subscription on xbox, is there any way to make it available for all the profiles I create on my xbox?

So my problem is that I have an ultimate gamepass subscription, but I can't play gamepass games on other created profiles. Only the one I bought it for. I can only play gamepass games on the one I bought it for.

you need too set the console to home xbox of the account that as gamepass

I did this with the profile I have gamepass ultimate on, and the profile I want to play with too.

What exactly is the issue?

If its set up correctly it works so either you haven't set it up correctly or something else is at play here.

So my main profile is "HUN Benji". I bought the ultimate gamepass for this, it shows ULTIMATE next to my name. When I log out of my "HUN Benji" profile and go to my "FlyEmpress" profile, it won't let me play gamepass games.

Have you installed the game with your gamepass account 1st? and have you checked that the game is still in fact on gamepass?

With my gamepass account I can play with minecraft. With my another account I cant.

So that is nothing too do with gamepass or your home xbox

I would clear your MAC address seems to help me when i have had that issue
