Can't use microsoft reward redeemed money | XBOX | Page 1

I redeemed a couple of times the option of "xbox gift card" in microsoft rewards, looking to buy a game. But even days after, when I select from games to dlc or coins, when it asks for payment method, the money I redeemed is blocked with "isn't available for this purchase"

Anyone knows what this means?

Yeah I guess, I created my Microsoft account in the same region and redeemed in the same currency

well do u have enough to buy whatever game that u wanted?

if u dont and dont have cc or a payment on ur acct then it will ask u for it
