I need help with something. I mean I want to set a custom pfp to my xbox account but the thing is that when I set the pfp, it shows that you are not allowed to change the pfp unless you grant to change it in the privacy and online safety settings but the option from where to grant it is not available that's the problem and I can't even change it. [Everything was done in mobile]

It actually has to pass by a human to make sure nothing can get by so thats why its taking so long
