2 days ago I went on YouTube and it said "For some reason YouTube took too long to load" so I tried a few more times and it kept on saying the same thing. It also does this with my other apps like netflix and after a few hours I got a screen that said "We are having a service malfunction right now" or something along those lines. My games work fine though

I’d factory reset my console if nothing worked

Mine is doing that with games and most apps, except I don't get the service malfunction thing though.
If anything works for you please let me know and I'll try it on mine 🙂
