If I join the preview, will the other accounts be effected by this, I’m worried it might delete mine and my brother’s account.

whatever console you register will be in the preview program and have its software updated.
the software is console-wide, so any account that logs in to that console will have access to the preview software.

Will it factory reset me if the preview comes out?

it is just like any other xbox dashboard / OS update. it does not delete your games
leaving the preview program requires a factory reset I think though

factory reset is not a big deal either. all your purcahses and progres are stored in teh cloud.

Now if you want to be unenrolled you have to go to the Insider Hub, then Previews, then the XBOX Update Preview, then Manage, and then unenrolled
