So I left my little brother playing fall guys then I came back and seen he done two purchases, I already demanded the refund but say for example he bought items won’t I get the money back?

If its ingame items im not sure. For full games yeah thats usually approved. But u should contact official xbox support.

Yes I contacted and they said I must wait max 72 hours but my brother purchased in game items with the bucks he got

So I’m scared I don’t get a refund cuz he already wasted them

Refunds on in-game currency are very rare. There are many technical reasons that they don’t work

He’s 5 years old he’s just clicking anything I put him in a game and left him at it and returned and seen he’s in the store then my dad told me that he done purchases because the bank sent him
