i'm using an xbox one controller and it won't connect by bluetooth nor by cable, i restarted the pc, tried to use my controller another device (it works) tried to connect my pc with another device (it works) i detached all the usb cables and restarted the pc and tried again, but nothing, my controller just won't connect to my pc

Does your PC have bluetooth and is it turned on?

If its showing your your Devices as connected you should be able too update it.

Failing that you could run the built in windows troubleshoot for bluetooth.
