input delay

I have input delay on my xbox one (the old one) And i know its nost with my tv because i had no input delay on my old console.. I’ve tried everything (i think so), Setting game mode on tv, restarting console, trying both controllers, disabling Vsync.

And ive also tried the controllers on a pc, no input delay

just on the console
