I’m trying to do remote play I went to to the tutorial and got the Xbox app and all I see is game pass stuff I can’t find remote play anywhere

Should be in the instructions you found. I don’t have a pc.
On iPhone the consoles are listed in your “library” next to where your game purchases are shown.
