You should discontinue use of that controller. They should not be overheating.
If it has removable batteries remove them now
If the batteries are hot put them somewhere safe, like in a bathroom sink until they cool down then dispose of them

Controllers don’t overheat unless something is seriously wrong.
Once it cools down you should contact support for a warranty repair or buy a replacement

There are no solutions to fixing a controller that is catching fire.
Your controller is extremely broken if it is getting that hot.
Contact support. It needs to be replaced.
