have you played the games on different devices?
You game is saved and linked too your account in the cloud. in order for all your saved data too be gone you would have had too log in with a differnt account.
Cloud gaming isn’t your local installed games. So if you’re trying to play your installed game, check that you’re online so your save files can sync.
