Last night, I turned Netflix on my Xbox to fall asleep to, (like I always do), and eventually fell asleep.

I woke up at 2 a.m, and my TV had automatically turned off due to inactivity, but the light on my Xbox was just flashing, it was almost the exact same flash a controller has when you are pairing to a device.

I tried connecting my controller, but it would not connect. There was also no signal going from my Xbox to the TV, despite the Xbox light still flashing.

I decided to just turn my tv off and go downstairs.

Fast-forward to tonight, (10 p.m), I tried turning on my Xbox, to which it did turn on, but it still shows no signal on the TV and my controller will not connect to the Xbox, despite trying everything. The Xbox also will not turn off by pressing the button. You either need to hold the power button for 10 seconds, or unplug it.

(P.S, my controller is not broken, as I tried connecting to bluetooth on several devices, and it did work. I also tried connecting my Xbox to a different TV, but it still has the same problem, so it's not a port issue, either.)
