Whenever a friend comes online, I no longer get any notifications, I have it set to all friends it should give me notifications for in settings and still nothing, I also make sure I’m not in do not disturb and still no notifications. Could anyone help? Thanks!

Navigate to the menu with the "All Friends" option again and make sure that all the highlighted 4 options shown here are turned on.
If you have any of those unchecked, you won't see the notifications.
