I just bought an Xbox Series S unfortunately my Monitor don't have audio speakers it's a Dell P2722H and I have Marshall Emberton Bluetooth Speakers. Is there a way I can use my speaker to XSS?

Technically yes. If you are interested in having a bunch of dongles hanging off the end of your controller or if you're willing to degrade your video signal with an HDMI audio extractor and another series of dongles.
Reality? No. It is not worth the effort.

xbox doesn't support usb audio either
your monitor's usb ports are just pass through usb to the computer.... so they aren't going to make speakers work on an xbox

Does your monitor have an aux out? Normally monitors with no speakers will have it. You can connect your speakers using that aux.
