Hi guys, I was having a very big trouble regarding my subscriptions, hope that any of can help me out in it So, I just bought gamepass ultimate for 6 months converted from xbox live gold almost 1 month ago, so if I am now trying to get any advantage of live gold then it,s saying that "join live gold now" and when I click on it then it takes me to the page of my subscriptions, I also can't buy gta 5 (x/s optimised) edition for 16$ it,s telling me that "get it for 50$ or get live gold to get the offer", also if I go to my subscriptions then I see that my live gold subscription is cancelled, but my gamepass ultimate subscription is still active which contains xbox live gold so yeah this is definitely an unexpected error, let me know if any of you have experienced something like this too.

You will need to wait for working hours in the time zone of the region you are in / support is in.
