pls help double nat

my xbox suddenly said my nat type is strict and double nat detected, i cant play properly cuz of this pls help me

Connect your Xbox with an Ethernet cable to your main router.
If you have it use wifi then make sure it is either your main router as the wifi device or if you have a second wifi device that it is set to bridge mode not nat router mode

i only have a modem and I already tried connecting it, didnt work :/

Nat type doesn’t just change randomly on its own.

1. Undo whatever change to your equipment you made.
2. Or turn everything (Xbox, router, etc) off and on maybe it is just mosdetected.
