downloading issues

Anytime I try to download a disc game it just about finishes and then the installation stops I don’t know why I have tried so many things I have the big black Xbox 1

Have you tried installing fully from network?

If it's a disc issue you can just go to store and download it from there. Let's you install entirely from network. Handy if you have a scratched disc

Nah if you have the disc in it'll register that you own the game and you'll see manage

There's been an issue with downloading stuff recently ever since the new update. I had it there last night and idk why but it's working now

Or just "you own this game. Do you want to install it" you don't have to buy it again
