Yesterday I was going to get on my Xbox One S but it kept saying something was wrong and Microsoft account said “suspended for violation of TOS” and I can’t think of how I did as my account is bland other then me recently changing out games due to space being all used and the account I use for everything I technically use my mums account and she’s locked out of her Microsoft account and we both are stressed out

Like we’ve tried contacting assistance and they’ve just said to contact help even though we can’t as in account suspended
Not resisting but mums tried everything she can and she uses the microsoft account for nearly everything and I really am needing help as we tried contacting but didn’t get a security code like the automated response thing didn’t do anything
The regular support people can’t help with suspensions. Completely@different department.

Just it was so sudden like middle of the night and nobody has access to my account and I asked friends if they received strange emails or gmails or messages from my acc but nothing
And Mum can’t do anything because Microsoft blocked her for spam evidently
She doesn’t have access to anything she uses
Update she can’t access it at all as in she tried figuring out but can’t use Microsoft at all like can’t even login to fix it
Microsoft told her to check her email but she can’t access it
