Hi, I was trying to download a game when it just stopped near the end, I tried turning my xbox off to fix it and it boots up but after the black xbox logo, its just a blank screen, does anyone know what I can do?

Not sure if this is helpfull but I did try to transfer games from my other xbox while it was downloading and the main download stopped a minute or so after I did that.

Thanks if anyone can help, I am really worries because I bought this Xbox myself

If I hold the controller xbox button to turn it off from there, that lil menu pops up

i have tried to get to the troubleshoot menu but it keeps shutting off

and even if i somehow manage to get it working enough to get to that menu, will it delete everything that i have if i factory reset it?

I assume by now you’ve tried a different cable, a different port on your tv, and if possible a different tv
