My friend and i were sharing games and we switched our accounts to home xbox many times and now we have 0 switches left and my account is home xbox on his xbox and i just bought game pass ultimate on my account and i cant use it or play any games anymore. My friend is on vacation so i got the game pass for nothing. Is there a way to get my money back or to change my account to home xbox at my xbox?

Gamepass Ultimate usage is not related to if you are on your 'home' xbox or not.
Gamepass is linked to your account not your console.
Any consoel you log in to will bring the Gamepass priviledges to your account.

What does that actaully mean? What error do you see, where do you see it, etc

Yes but i was just playing fifa(bought it).After i wanted to play minecraft (got it from game pass) i realised my game pass was expired so i had to buy it again. After i got it i tried to play minecraft but it said that i cant play it bc it wasnt my home xbox. Then i tried to play fifa again and it said i have to switch to the account where i bought the game which makes no sense to me because i got it on this console and on this account
