Please help me, my Controller don’t work

Can someone help me pls i canno’t use the controls : A B X Y, left & right bumper, start, select and screenshot. I already try to disconnect my controller but its useless : It’s a wire based controller but i broke the steal who links battery to mother card so idk what to do pls help
