Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
  2. What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.

I get it already, can I just explain my issue and get this over with please, I just want some help

But basically, my Xbox one S won't let my gamepass be renewed, whenever I press the "Fix subscription" button, all that pops up is "Give it another try, something went wrong"

And at the bottom left it says

"DCAT-ResourceNotFound"

you will need to contact support if it isnt letting you fix the payment for some reason
