#Headset won’t work with fight stick

I just got a fight stick for the XSX to play fighting games and it requires me to plug my controller into it to work but my headset won’t work when it’s plugged in. Anyone know if there is any way to get my headset to work while I’m using it?

Some fight stick like the mayflash 300 don't have this feature
