#What is the problem with my xbox one?

Last time it got really buggy and i needed to do a factory reset so i could play my games again, now when i try to load to the xbox its getting stuck on the profile loading screen. Is my xbox dead?

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. First thing is that xbox told me i needed to do a factory reset, after that i had (and still have) an issue where it takes me like 5-10 min to load from my profile to the xbox home screen.
  2. Almost anything.
  3. I saw that means my hard drive is dying.
