this is bs, ive done everything they told me to twice, everytime it loads up fine, up untill it begins loading any games and/ or apps in a menu, then it begins dying, going to a grey screen, then loading back up the menu, i cant move during any of this,and i only get a small window to get into the settings to do things before it breaks.
