Is it safe to delete all of my games? I got the "problems with your saved games" message and idk if its safe to clear all of my saved games and idk if all of them are synced up on the cloud

Is it safe? Probably. However, whether they've synced up to the cloud or not is dependent on whether you've been connected to the internet and whether whatever problem is in your local games synced up or not.

So there could still be some data loss.
