I’m trying to play a Xbox 360 game on my Xbox series s, and when I try to download my account it says, “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in. Go to https:account.live.com to fix the problem. 80154002” idk how to fix this please help.

not all 360 games are backwards compatible on xb1 and onwards

I am and it’s my main account and that’s the account I can’t download my profile too

it give me a error code but I looked it up and apparently the last person who has got that error code is back in 2015

i played bo2 on my xb1 no issue but that was back in 2019
