When i opened it, it took a long time to load and when it showed a section of the last games/apps that i last opened it shows a colored square without the games pictures on it, also i tried playing 2 games but one of them is stuck on loading and the other one is just showing me a large blue square

"opened it" means just "turned it on" right?

or did you actually open the case to do... idk, 'cleaning' or something

try turning it off and on again
if you have USB keyboards and external hard drives attached, remove those and see if that helps
if that doesn't work, look u0 the instructions for a factory reset
