Cant access Ubisoft+ Games | XBOX | Page 1

So I got the 7 day free trial for Ubisoft+ then I headed to “Full Library” and scrolled over to “Ubisoft+” but there were no games there. I went into “Manage subscription” and it says the subscription is active, yet I can not download any games. What do I do?

this is a known issue atm you can download them from the store.

Can you try to add a game through pc? Then check again on xbox

You can add games at ubisoft+ tab

trying to now but i dont have that option despite my subscription being active

For example FarCry 6 is one of those games

It says “Get Ubisoft+” and underneath “Included with Ubisoft+” but then when i press that it takes me to “manage subscription” and when i click that it says that its active

But on some games I can install them

No issue
